Welcome to the Plenoptima Training School 2 on “Machine and Deep Learning for Plenoptics” and Workshop 3 “Research Communication” at Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall, Sweden 19 – 23 September 2022! 

The purpose for the training school is to transfer research-oriented skills giving insight into Machine learning for Plenoptics. The purpose for the workshop is to teach transferable skills such as pitching, oral, written and visual scientific presentations, as well as value creation skill about the publishing process and open access publishing. 

University Education

Participants interested in having a formal recognition of the training school will have the possibility to obtain university credits. Credits can be obtained for students that follow lectures, participate in exercises and discussions, presenting of his/her own research and write a report on the knowledge obtained at the training school and workshop.
