Inria center at the University of Rennes welcomes you from June 26 to 30, 2023 for the third Training School. The school will be organized as a face-to-face in the vibrant city of Rennes.

The TS3 will train the ESRs on Research-oriented skills: Refocusing, change of DoF, change of focal length, dolly-zooming, depth estimation, super-resolution (angle and spatial), Modelling degradation and noise, c ompression approaches for plenoptic data. Plenoptima Interaction Day 3 is on Industry Day; it shall train the ESRs on Value creation & Transferable skills: Meeting industry partners. Pitching ESR projects to industry partners. Posters: Visualizations and visual story telling.

The two-days hands-on workshop invites the PLENOPTIMA Early-Stage Researchers to explore innovation methodologies and guides them to identify xploitation opportunities from their actual research topic.  They will receive  insights  on Intellectual Property, explore Design Thinking, position their research through the Blue  Ocean Strategy, meet with Start-ups and brainstorm on exploitable ideas that they will set out in a Sustainable  Business Model Canvas. The  students will then prepare to  present their research topic and innovative ideas the 30th June 2023 in the afternoon.
