Monday evening social event: Varala sports center

On Monday evening, we will enjoy sporty activities at Varala sports center (Google maps link). Varala is located on the beautiful hill of Pyynikki that overlooks Pyhäjärvi lake.

Before the dinner, there are three activity options to choose from in Varala: if you dare to climb high, your activity of choice is Flowpark; if you would rather stay closer to water level, try kayaking. If the weather requires it, we are also prepared for an inside activity. As a bonus, we will have the option to go to the sauna either after kayaking or directly after coming to Varala.

Necessary equipment:

  • For Flowpark, wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suited for climbing.
  • For kayaking, it would be ideal to wear a jacket that keeps a bit from the wind. Also, take wool or other types of thicker socks with you – outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the kayak.
  • In case the weather doesn’t suit the outdoor activities, be sure to take some inside sports shoes and clothing.
  • For the sauna, take your swimsuit. Towels will be available on site.

After doing some sports, we will enjoy our dinner and have some relaxing time at Villa Varala.

Tuesday evening social event: Viikinsaari island

On Tuesday, we will venture out into the archipelago of Pyhäjärvi lake by catching the ferry from Laukontori. After navigating for around 20 minutes, we will arrive at Viikinsaari island (Google maps link) where the adventure can truly begin!

Connect to your inner Miss Marple or Hercule Poirot and get ready to solve the mystery… Casino Fatale awaits you!

Casino Fatale, a famous establishment located on the banks of the river Seine, is known to be the place where all the important people of Paris meet and do business.

An upcoming charity auction interests all the city’s high profile players, starlets, honourable guests and naturally, a few international criminals. Do you dare to gamble for your life at Casino Fatale?

Dinner will be served while we investigate the crime at the beautiful Casino (Restaurant Viikinsaari).
