Get ready to immerse yourself in the cutting-edge world of light field imaging at the second European Light Field Imaging Workshop (ELFI 2024), taking place from June 25th to 27th, 2024, at the picturesque Viva Mare Beach Hotel in Sozopol, Bulgaria.
Sozopol, a captivating seaside town steeped in history, offers an inspiring setting for researchers from around the world to convene and explore the latest advancements in multidimensional signal processing, visual computing, neuroscience, AI, optics, and physics. The workshop will feature invited talks, presentations, and poster sessions, providing a platform for participants to share insights, exchange ideas, and spark new collaborations.
Researchers interested in presenting their work at ELFI 2024 are encouraged to submit a two-page extended abstract by April 15th, 2024. Submissions should cover topics such as visual scene sensing and content creation, light field data processing, vision and visualization, and applications of light field imaging in various fields.
Accepted abstracts will be invited for presentation at the workshop, with an opportunity to contribute to a special section in the Journal of Electronic Imaging. Full-length manuscripts will undergo peer review and may be published in an expedited special issue slated for early 2025.
Don’t miss this chance to be part of the future of imaging research. Submit your abstract and join us in Sozopol for ELFI 2024. For more information and submission guidelines, visit the workshop’s Author’s Kit page today.
